Be aware that scams are on the rise every month and the techniques are getting better all the time
Scammers are actively targeting clients asking them to renew domains, sign into control panels etc.
DO NOT OPEN OR CLICK ANY LINKS IN THESE EMAILS

Report all of these scams to abuse@xneelo.co.za and abuse@intertechsolutions.co.za to slow down the spread
The biggest scams going around at the moment are:
- Emails informing you that your mailbox is full or expired – Always delete without reading or replying. Never communicate with them or let them know your mailbox is active
- Emails informing clients their account is up for suspension due to outstanding invoices
- Post Office deliveries informing you to click and pay for deliveries
- Courier deliveries asking you to confirm orders
- People phoning and asking you pay for certification for your website or that they picked up issues with the hosting
- SEO services claiming to add you to page 1 on Google
Please ignore email asking you to sign into any form of mail service or to retrieve lost emails anywhere. We will never ask you to log into a mail service to reset or retrieve email
Emails asking you to do this are designed to steal your username and password and then send spam through your account or worse steal valuable information.
Always check the from address, never click on any links or open any attachments in these emails
