All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

/debit card company and the buyer shall pay charges incurred by the Buyer at
the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes.

prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of
the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day
of shipping).

methods of payment in an individual case or under certain circumstances.
9.2 Payments
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card
please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and
return to the site at a later time to complete your order.
9.3 SMS
SMS Credits do not carry over to a new month. 200 SMS credits available in a
30 day cycle, additional sms credits can be purchased on request

Billing month starts at the 1st of the month for the new month. We bill in
advance and accounts will be stopped if due for 30 days or more. Please make
sure to settle the current billing month by the 15th of the current month.

11. Email Usage and Security – Top
Betabyte CC TA Intertech Solutions rent dedicated servers from Xneelo South
Africa and all email accounts are setup on these servers unless ordered
otherwise from the client or IT department. In a case where the email
records point away from our servers, the client will be responsible for
external accounts and invoices payable to external hosts. We will bill you
monthly/annually according to the email usage and storage on the server.
Packages and prices will always be displayed on our website. Usernames,
passwords and email settings are provided to access email on these servers
to you when accounts are setup. It remains your responsibility to keep these
details safe and to never share these details with any third party or engage
with third parties via email or phone. IT and business security remain your
reponsibility while making use of these online services. Betabyte CC TA
Intertech Solutions will not be held reponsibile for any loss or damages to
your business while using these services. Usernames and passwords will be
reset by Xneelo South Africa where abuse and spam is suspected on any
mailbox. Betabyte CC TA Intertech Solutions will assist with lost passwords
and server settings. No username and passwords will be supplied via
Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or any other social media site. We will only
suppy passwords via official email accounts or SMS to the account holder
cellphone. Password reset/lost password requests will only be accepted via
phone and account holder email.
11. Email Passwords – Top
Usernames and passwords will be reset by Xneelo South Africa where abuse and
spam is suspected on any mailbox. We can assist with lost passwords and
server settings. No username and passwords will be supplied via Whatsapp,
Facebook Messenger or any other social media site.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction –

This contract shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of
South Africa.
13. General – Top
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions is intended to affect any
rights either party may have.
14. Monitoring – Top
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and
content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported
violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem
appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings,
